All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Shipments outside of Canada are unfortunately not available at this time however we hope to change this soon.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] fifteen business days from the date you place your order. We do not ship on Sundays.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory
to which the item is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us directly and as soon as possible if there are any problems with your purchase:
Our returns policy lasts [30] thirty days, after this we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Because we are an online-only store, we can only accept returns by mail. Please ensure that any items being returned are properly packaged as My Sensory Sack is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred in transit. We encourage customers to use a trackable service when returning items.

Once received, we will inspect the returned item(s) and issue an exchange, store credit or full refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item. My Sensory Sack reserves the right to refuse any used item(s).
Our 30 day return policy does not include items or gift cards sold during a sale or listed
as clearance or promotional.
Gift Cards with a dollar value do not expire unless purchased at a discounted price. Gift Cards for specific goods are valid for [1] one year from purchase unless otherwise marked.

If an item is defective, don’t panic! Notify us within [7] seven days of receipt: mysensorysack@gmail.com. Please include your order number and explain the nature of the defect. You may wish to attach any photos or videos if they help to explain the problem. We will either send you a replacement or – if out of stock – we will
issue you a refund for that item.
